Thursday in Pwllgwaelod, Cym yr Eglys and Nevern Church

This is the day I nearly became an orphan.  Dave, Francis, Cairo, Mum and I drove to Pwllgwaelod.
There are 2 ways to walk to Cym yr Eglys:  the nearly going uphill all the way clifftop way, and the 10 minute stroll on a bitumen path way.  We chose the former.  But Mum was psyched up for the latter...

We did get there, though Mum was past caring.  To add insult to injury, the icecream van didn't have strawberry so Mum had to have raspberry ripple.  But just to show that mad dogs and English men don't go out only in the midday sun
Then it was just a 10 minute stroll back to the car.  Since we were in the area, Dave drove us to Nevern Church to see the Bleeding Yew which probably parallelled The Sodding Cremlech by now in Mum's mind.
However the church is very beautiful and we left fully recuperated.

(I'm also pretty sure that this church features in the Angel Mountain series.)
